Standard Terms and Conditions for TowerHouse Holiday Accommodation
Full payment is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Cancellations within 21 days of stay if caused by the guest, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.
Full refund will be given on reletting of property.
Cancellations more than 21 days if caused by the guest, money paid is refunded and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Changes to booking dates more than 21 days will incur a $20 administration fee. Changes to booking dates less that 21 days is deemed as a cancellation, with money not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by the owner, the latter will refund the total amount of the monies received.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
1. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. The fee for extra guests is charged at an extra room rate of $70. The owner reserves the right to use existing payment facilities to charge the extra fee for the exceeded number of additional guests.
2. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Any Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay. The owner reserves the right to use existing payment facilities to compensate for Damage, Breakages or Theft to the property.
3. The owner reserves the right to use existing payment facilities to charge for excess cleaning costs incurred as a result of guests' actions.
4. Check-out time is 12 noon by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for the next guests.
5. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests' personal property.
6. Requests for assistance or maintenance may result in a $50 call out fee where the guest is at fault. The owner reserves the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full to cover the additional call out fee.
